Eclipse Digital Solutions Ltd is proud to announce its sponsorship of Asfordby Amateurs LG&I First Women’s football team, supporting grassroots football and the continued growth of the women’s game.
Based in the Melton Mowbray area of Leicestershire, Asfordby Amateurs Ladies, Girls & Inclusive FC has grown from a small social kick-about in 1999 into a thriving football community, providing opportunities for women and girls of all ages and abilities.
With a strong focus on inclusion, player development and community spirit, the club now supports more than 250 players across its various teams and programmes.
Impressive record
The First Women’s team competes in Tier 6 of the East Midlands Regional League and continues to build on an impressive record of performances.
Following another league runners-up finish last season, alongside semi-final appearances in both the County Cup and League Cup, the team is setting its sights on further success and progression up the women’s football pyramid.
Eclipse is delighted to support the team as they continue their journey, recognising the important role local football clubs play in bringing communities together, developing talent and inspiring the next generation of female footballers.
Commitment to the community
The sponsorship reflects the company’s commitment to supporting its local community and helping organisations make a positive difference.
Everyone at Eclipse wishes the players, coaching staff and supporters every success for the season ahead.
Good luck for the season, ladies – we’ll be cheering you on!
