A recent survey sent out to the HMP sites we work with confirmed that we are meeting – and in many cases going beyond – our clients’ expectations.
When asked: ‘How would you rate the overall quality of our service’ and ‘How satisfied are you with Eclipse engineers’ performance on site’ all respondents answered in the higher percentile.
Also, when the following questions: ‘Do our office team communicate effectively with you?’, ‘If possible, would you like to see Eclipse look after all your site’s external CCTV?’and ‘Would you recommend Eclipse’s services to colleagues’ were posed 100% of respondents replied with a resounding ‘yes’.
