As 2025 draws to a close, it’s time to reflect on another successful year at Eclipse Digital Solutions Ltd.
Being flexible and adapting to the environment in which we operate has played its part, along with understanding – and meeting – our customers’ needs.
An organisational restructure resulted in the setting up of a new custodial division in June. Not only are we now able to offer our customers in the justice sector a dedicated, experienced and focused team, ensuring we can deliver bespoke solutions, but our other valued customers across the NHS, CNI, commercial and other sectors, can also benefit from our team’s extensive experience and knowledge.
We’ve been active on the recruitment front too. The engineering department and sales teams were expanded, which reflects our growth strategy and ability to manage both ongoing projects and the additional commissions we’ve secured this year.

Customer feedback is always requested, and although we enjoy receiving positive reviews, we are constantly striving to improve how we operate. We listen carefully to all reviews and, although welcome, we are pleased to say we don’t receive too much negative feedback.
Quality and value are what we’re about and with this in mind we have increased our technical partnership programme. We’ve also continued to invest in and develop engineer training, giving them the skills to overcome any issues faced on site.
What lies ahead for Eclipse in 2026? We’re not 100% sure, but what we do know is we’re 100% ready to deal with it!
